Haynes Alloy 263 is an age hardenable nickel based alloy that has been designed especially to combine excellent aged strength properties with superb fabrication characteristics in the annealed condition. Provided in the solution heat-treated condition it is available in sheet, plate, strip, bar and wire. Strip material is furnished bright annealed.
Waspaloy and some other alloys are stronger at higher temperatures but it easier to form and weld.
Haynes 263 can be used for applications of up to 1650F.
